We are a fully-integrated development and operations platform which is involved in the full lifecycle of our projects – from origination and development, through construction, to long-term financial management, operations and maintenance. In everything we do, we strive to create a lasting platform for our customers, counter parties, partners, and stakeholders across the UK and Europe.
Enviromena manages, operates, and maintains over 300 megawatts (MW) of renewable energy assets. Further to this our exciting 3GW+ pipeline of renewable energy projects in the UK and Italy will significantly aid in in the global aim to decarbonise electricity networks and reduce emissions.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Adrian Pike
Director and Chairman of the Board
Adrian has enjoyed a 30+ year career within the energy sector. Adrian was a leading figure within SSE for 25 years culminating in his time on the Executive Committee responsible for Contracting, Lighting Services, Renewables, Telecoms, Networks, M&A and Ventures. In 2010 he co-founded energy efficiency firm Anesco and under his leadership the company was ranked as number one in The Sunday Times Fast Track list two years in a row, as well as top of the newspaper’s Profit Track 100 in 2016.
Chris Marsh
Chief Executive Officer
Chris stepped up to the role of CEO after enjoying a two-and-a-half-year spell as Enviromena’s Chief Financial Officer.
A chartered certified accountant with approaching 14 years’ experience in the energy sector, Chris brings with him an impressive track record at SSE where he worked in generation, networks, telecoms and electrical contracting. His experience encompassed renewables including the on-shore wind sector in Ireland. Prior to joining Enviromena, Chris was Group Financial Controller at P2i Limited, a global market-leading nanotechnology company.
Surinder Toor
Non-Executive Director
Surinder is the Founding Partner of Arjun Infrastructure Partners, a €4 billion middle-market infrastructure and renewable investment fund. He has a successful track record in acquiring and managing infrastructure investments, combining strong asset management operational experience. Until 2014 Surinder was Head of Europe for J.P. Morgan’s Global Infrastructure Investment Fund. Surinder was previously the CFO of Scotia Gas Networks, ran the European operations of American Electric Power and held positions with Arthur Andersen Energy & Utilities Group.
Dmitry Sarin
Non-Executive Director
Dmitry joined Arjun Infrastructure Partners in 2019 and, like Julian, was appointed to the Enviromena Board in Summer 2023. Dmitry has a strong focus on asset management and investment will help support Enviromena’s target to grow its portfolio of projects under ownership. Before joining Arjun, Dmitry was a Trading Analyst for EP UK Investments (a subsidiary of EPH) and held various roles at Gazprom Marketing & Trading covering Gas and Power business development projects in Europe.
Julian Skinner
Non-Executive Director
Julian joined Arjun Infrastructure Partners in 2019 and was appointed to the Enviromena Board in Summer 2023. Julian has strong focus on asset management and will help support Enviromena’s target to grow its portfolio of projects under ownership.
Julian held several Director-level roles in the energy sector before joining Arjun. Julian was Head of Risk at EP UK Investments, Director of Risk at Scotia Gas Networks, Director of Generation Trading at AEP Europe and Head of Risk at SEEBoar.

Gary Hales
Chief Operating Officer
Gary has over 13 years’ experience within the renewables sector and has built in excess of 200 large scale solar and storage projects in the UK as well as over 400MWp across Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Gary is responsible for leading and developing our Design, Construction, Grid Connections and O&M teams, ensuring exceptional standards are met throughout the construction, procurement life cycle. Importantly, Gary is also responsible for Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality (HSSEQ) performance and ensures exemplary standards are set and maintained within the business..
Lee Adams
Chief Commercial Officer
Lee brings experience from two of the UK’s pioneering renewable companies, Instavolt and Anesco, over the last 15+ years. Leading Enviromena’s project pipeline expansion in the UK and Europe, Lee has developed hundreds of MWs of solar, wind, and storage projects across Europe, including the UK’s first subsidy free project in 2017. Lee boasts an extensive network enabling him to develop solutions for both Enviromena and its clients.
Mark Harding
European Development Director
A director with over 13 years’ experience within the renewables industry, Mark joined Enviromena in 2018 to setup Enviromena’s UK base and support Enviromena’s growth into the European renewable market. Mark is responsible for developing Enviromena’s growing European pipeline focusing on the identification of new opportunities, securing grid capacity and ensuring all necessary planning and land consents are in place to achieve ready-to-build status. Before heading up Enviromena’s development team, Mark held senior O&M positions within the renewables industry and was responsible for the management of over 20,000 operating renewable systems.
