Royal Hashemite Court 7.6 M Solar Power Plant

Jordan

The Royal Hashemite Court 5.6 MWp Solar Plant is both the first grid connected utility scale project in Jordan and the first project successfully interconnected under Jordan’s new wheel charge scheme. The project was implemented by the Royal Court’s Royal Engineering Administration in cooperation with Enviromena Power Systems as the EPC and O&M Contractor. This unique project features three phases tailored to suit the application and land usage. Phase 1 consists of an East-West ground mount solar installation to maximize the use of land with PV modules, Phase 2 includes a custom designed parking shade structure with PV modules integrated on top, and Phase 3 provides shade via a canopy structure with mounted PV modules.
